| You MUST bring with you on the day: •Track Safety Handbook. •COSS/IWA Logbook showing the pre-requisite minimum number of entries must be brought to training. If you are not sure you have the correct entries please see your Sponsor who will advise. •Original Sentinel Card, this will be withdrawn at the start of the assessment. •The Assessor will be contacting you prior to the event, using the contact number provided at the time of booking, to plan the assessment. The plan will involve at least the following: • Time, date and location if it is not taking place at Traxsydes Training Centre. • Confirmation of your details. You can also contact the Assessor at our office during office hours on 020 8223 1257 The purpose of the planning meeting is to give the candidate a full briefing on the forthcoming assessment. The Track Safety Assessor will explain the process and material used for the assessment. Candidates are encouraged to study the Rule Book and its associated publications prior to assessment. This meeting provides the opportunity for the candidate to ask questions and to clarify what will take place. •If you have any learning difficulties which may affect your participation in the course please bring this to attention of your sponsor and ask them to inform us, or alternatively contact us on 020 8223 1257 or bring it to the attention of the assessor on the day where we will address your needs. This will be treated with strictest confidence. •All assessments must be completed within your companies work time regulations. Contact your manager if you are unsure. •The assessment will last for 1 day. •Once signed in for assessment, modules are non-refundable. •Arrival later than 15 minutes past the published start time of the assessment will result in the delegate being refused assessment as well as loss of assessment fee. •This is a non smoking building. •Parking is available on site. •Beverages, snacks and meals are available in the building subsidised canteen. |
