Requirements


You MUST bring with you on the day 1:
•1 Passport photograph.
•Track Safety Handbook.
•Drug & Alcohol test result (negative) in accordance with GO/RT 8070 & NR/L1/OHS/051 which must be less than 12 months old if you are changing sponsor.
•Medical certificate in accordance with GO/RT3255 and in date, if your medical is shown as in date on your Track Safety card this will be accepted.
•Proof of National Insurance Number.
•COSS Logbook showing the pre-requisite minimum number of entries must be brought to training. If you are not sure you have the correct entries please see your Sponsor who will advise. Please note 9 to 15 month workplace must have been logged with NCCA
•Original Sentinel Card, this will be withdrawn at the start of the course.

•A temporary certificate can be issued at a cost of £10.00.
•The course is delivered in English, and you will need to demonstrate ability in both written and spoken English during the course.
•If you have any learning difficulties which may affect your participation in the course please bring this to attention of your sponsor and ask them to inform us, or alternatively contact us on 020 8223 1257 or bring it to the attention of the trainer on the day where we will address your needs. This will be treated with strictest confidence.
•All training must be completed within your companies work time regulations. Contact your manager if you are unsure.
•The course will last for 2 days.
•Once signed in for training, modules are non-refundable.
•Arrival later than 15 minutes past the published start time of the course will result in the delegate being refused training as well as loss of course fee.
•This is a non smoking building.
•Parking is available on site.
•Beverages, snacks and meals are available in the building subsidised canteen.
