| A course for all staff who are required to move on or about the Network Rail Infrastructure. |

| You MUST bring with you on Day 1: •High Visibility clothing (including company endorsed hi-visibility vest and orange trousers) in accordance with GO/RT 3279 and NR/L2/OHS/021, if you are unsure please ask your sponsor. •Hard hat (blue) •Safety boots, lace up with ankle support and protective toe cap, which complies with BS EN ISO 20345:2004 •Medical certificate in accordance with GO/RT3255 and in date •Drug & Alcohol test result in accordance with GO/RT 8070 which must be less than 12 months old if this is your first PTS or you are changing sponsor. •Any existing Sentinel/PTS card you currently have (if applicable) •Proof of National insurance number. •Photographic ID (Passport, driving licence, sentinel card). •1 Passport photograph, no hat, no sunglasses. Prescription glasses must be worn if this is stated on your medical. •The course is delivered in English, and you will need to demonstrate ability in both written and spoken English during the course. •If you have any learning difficulties which may affect your participation in the course please bring this to attention of your sponsor and ask them to inform us, or alternatively contact us on 020 8223 1257 or bring it to the attention of the trainer on the day where we will address your needs. This will be treated with strictest confidence. •All training must be completed within your companies work time regulations. Contact your manager if you are unsure. •The course will last for 2 days. •Once signed in for training, modules are non-refundable. •Arrival later than 15 minutes past the published start time of the course will result in the delegate being refused training as well as loss of course fee. •This is a non smoking building. •Parking is available at Walthamstow Central Station car park. •Beverages, snacks and hot meals are available in the building coffee shop. |
