| To refresh trainees knowledge and skills for managing work on the track. To remind trainees of their responsibilities for setting up and controlling a Safe System of Work. To update trainees of any changes to Standards and Procedures relating to Site Person In Charge - Saftey On The Track that have occured since their attendance on the original course |

| •2 New recent colour passport photographs. •Passport or legally recognised proof of identification. •Proof of national insurance number. •Proof of current address. •Valid safety induction / london underground access, track accustomed and depot track accustomed certification. •Valid TSW 028 (with green approval stamp), London Underground Drugs and Alcohol, signed managers declaration and signed Site Person in Charge Managers Declaration (TSW035). •Valid Site Person In Charge (Safety On The Track) certificate. •If you are legally working in the UK by means of a working visa you will need to bring this if you do not have a national insurance number, however this option is only available to persons with VALID working visa's. •Each module in the course is followed by an assessment in which the delegate will need to obtain a minimum of 80% to successfully meet the requirements, however if the required standard is not met, the delegate will loose his/her full course fee. •All training must be completed within your companies work time regulations. Contact your manager if you are unsure. • The following supporting documents: British Citizen: • A 10 year passport • Proof of address • Or two of the following • British Driving License (must state UK place of birth) • P45 • Birth Certificate issued within six weeks of birth • Credit Card with three statements and proof of signature • Proof of residence, Council Tax, or recent utility bill Other EU nationals: • Full EU Passport or national identity Card • Proof of residence in the UK, Council Tax, or recent utility bill Other Nationals: • Full Passport • Home office document confirming UK immigration status and permission to work in the UK • Proof of address whilst resident in the UK •Once signed in for training, modules are non-refundable. •Arrival later then 15 mins past the published start time of the course will result in the delegate being refused training as well as loss of course fee. •This is a non smoking building. •Parking is available at Walthamstow Central Station car park. •Beverages, snacks and hot meals are available in the building coffee shop. |
